Le Jardin Lunaire: Art and Space Meet in Pleaux

Pleaux, France — July 20 to August 2, 2025

The Lunar Garden (Le Jardin Lunaire) is an interactive art installation in Pleaux, France. With a map in hand, participants get to wander through the village of Pleaux, uncover hidden QR codes, and explore a world where art, technology, and the wonders of the cosmos meet.

This project grew from a digital art workshop led by in-house artist Mélodie Le Corre in collaboration with students from Collège de Pleaux. Together, they explored themes that The Spring Institute frequently visit:

  • Imagined lunar gardens
  • Space habitats
  • Life in extreme environments

Le Jardin Lunaire combines digital art with augmented reality to create a unique experience, blending cosmic, futuristic themes with the historic streets of Pleaux.
